Our Westcountry beef is born bred and reared in the Westcountry to the highest welfare standards.
Pork and Lamb
We source our Lamb and Pork from Local Devon and Somerset farms including the Gibbins Farm at Poltimore.
Hams
We prepare and cook all our own hams to our family recipe and are distributed to many local deli`s and butchers throughout the Westcountry.
It is a traditional dry cooked ham with simple ingredients cooked in small batches.
